a) Dealer Network means the network of car dealers to whom we provide referral services;

b) Dealer Network Member means an independent car dealer who is a member of our Dealer Network;

c) Loss means any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, interest, charges, fines, penalties or expenses (including lawyer's fees on a full indemnity basis) whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise;

d) Personal Information has the meaning given to that term in section 6 of the Privacy Act;

e) Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

f) Privacy Policy means this privacy policy; and

g) Website means quikcarbuyers.com.au .

2. Purpose

2.1 Adopted by Quik Car Buyers Pty Ltd ACN (647 697 185) and its related entities (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), this Privacy Policy covers all personal data gathered by Quik Car Buyers, (we/us.)

3.2 Dealer Network Members may opt-in to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding this, we do not accept any liability or guarantee any obligation on behalf of any Dealer Network Member.

h) to communicate with you and respond to your enquiries; and

a) your agent, solicitor, lender, broker, accountant, vendor, employer or other third parties where necessary or desirable to provide you with our services;

b) Dealer Network Members, where you have submitted an enquiry on our Website for the purpose of a Dealer Network Member contacting you in relation to your interest in selling a vehicle;

c) other organisations that we have affiliations with;

d) promoters or sponsors of any competition that conducted or promoted by us;

e) specific third parties that you have authorised to receive information held by us;

f) our employees, related bodies corporate, contractors, or external service providers for the operation of our Website or business, fulfilling requests or responding to enquiries from you, or providing services to you, including web hosting providers, IT systems administrators, mailing houses, data entry service providers, electronic network administrators, and professional advisors like accountants, solicitors, business advisors,
